Claude Not Working? Status Checks and Fixes

Common Problems and Fixes

Claude Won’t Load

If claude.ai loads as a blank page or never finishes loading:

  • Hard refresh the page: Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac)
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies for claude.ai, then reload
  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
